In Hebrew it says ‘No Entry, Except for the Buildings’ Residents’ (Ejn knisá prat le dajaréj ha binjaním; אין כניסה פרט לדיירי הבנינים). In Arabic it says ‘Entrance is Forbidden’ (mmnwʿ ʾldḫwl; ممنوع الدخول). Here are some less subtle signs.

I saw a car running over this bottle, which made quite a boom. I wonder if running over bottles is dangerous, causing the cap to fly like a bullet.
